Leonard Santos

is an NYC-based educator, scholar, and practitioner in digital media, technology, and data studies.


Leonard Santos (he/him) is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in higher education, digital media, and project management. His experience has been instrumental in coordinating operations, managing projects, and instructing students in practice-based coursework. As both an instructor and mentor, Leonard hopes to foster learning environments that encourage critical thinking while exploring emerging trends in media and technology.

Leonard currently works as the Media Lab Administrator and an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Department of Media, Culture, and Communication. He also is in the process of obtaining his second master’s degree from the CUNY Graduate Center for an M.S. in Data Analysis and Visualization with an Advanced Certificate in Interactive Technology and Pedagogy.

Outside of work, he is an avid Game Master and player in Dungeons & Dragons, writer and organizer of Murder Mystery Parties, and a member of multiple fiction book clubs.
